From the creative team that brought us the award-winning graphic novel The Castaways comes a reprinted new edition of their first book Bluesman. Like The Castaways, this story is about life on the fringes of society in southern USA during the early part of the 20th Century.

Bluesman, itself structured like a 12-bar blues song, is the story of blues musician Lem Taylor as he travels Arkansas trying to make a living from his craft. He thinks he and his partner have struck it lucky when he’s offered a recording contract. Except that, while celebrating, he finds himself with a woman who brings him nothing but trouble, leaving him running from a murder scene accused of committing the crime.
