If you’re following DC Comics’ Identity Crisis series of graphic novels (published by Titan Books in the UK) you’ve probably already got the hardback editions of Identity Crisis and Infinite Crisis (review coming to these pages real soon!), and the softcover editions of The OMAC Project, Rann-Thanagar War, Day of Vengeance, Villains United, JLA: Crisis of Conscience and Superman: Sacrifice. Ought to be enough, no? Well, we haven’t even got to all the post-crisis books yet, but just to top off the pre- and during- titles, there’s also the Infinite Crisis Companion - four stories that tie into the Countdown to Infinite Crisis books (OMAC, R-T War, Villains and Day of Vengeance) and were originally published as specials. Perhaps the infinite refers to the number of books that make up the series, while the crisis is probably happening to your book budget.
