The third volume of the series collecting all the Superman and Action Comics back into print in chronological order sees an important landmark – the introduction of Lex Luthor, who will go on to plague Superman for decades. The book contains Action Comics 21-25, Superman 3-4 and New York World’s Fair 1940, all originally published in 1940.
