As a world at war drew ever closer to America, one thing remained certain: that on any given Sunday, readers of the right newspapers could guarantee themselves a full-colour cartoon treat in the form of George Herriman’s Krazy Kat strip. A Ragout of Raspberries collects all the full-page Sunday strips (and a little bonus material) that appeared from 1941 to 1942, continuing this incredible archive of deeply influential comic art.
