Continuing the epic Swamp Thing saga, Rick Veitch (who took over writing duties from Alan Moore) takes everyone’s favourite earth elemental on more adventures through the undergrowth. The whole human/plant love affair between Swampy and his wife-from-when-he-was-human Abby takes a turn for the complicated, as she gets pregnant with the help of John Constantine. To make matters worse, Swamp Thing has to deal with monsters from outer space and Superman, when he really ought to be at home putting another coat of moss on the nursery wall.
