Artist Roger Mason has worked with French crime thriller writer L F Bollée on a few graphic novels for the French market, but this is the first to be translated into English – a task taken on by Mason himself.
Set in London, the book is about two police detectives. They sit all night on stake-outs, put each others lives in their hands and need to trust each other implicitly. So perhaps it’s not such a good idea that one of them is screwing the other’s wife.
With atmospheric black and white art, London Inferno looks set to be a gritty, twisting thriller.
